I used http://www.comfi.com found $0.09/min to the Virgin Islands, but there were other islands they didn't even have rates for :-( If you're planning to use Skype to call landlines or cell phones you might wanna check their rates to do that first. I think you'll find there are much cheaper ways to do it.
