Service details:US domestic rates
1.3 cents/min with local access or 2.3 cents/min with toll free access. Some cards have even lower rates, but also charge a maintenance fee.

I have tried the calling card I use domestically but when I call the philippines, I can never get through, have a lousy connection or some random recording telling me why I cant reach the party I’m calling……

Ive been there and I know exactly what you mean. Forget about those calling cards you buy at shops, they are biggest scams. I finally settled with the company speedypin.com they have prepaid cards that you can purchase over the internet or call them, I have the Emerald Plan for calling Phil.
