2) A lot of internet cafes have Skype software on their PCs so if you have a Skype account already then you can call at Skype&#039;s rate. What is it, 3 cents a minute?
I find that Skype works much better on a high-speed internet line and I call Australia from Thailand on it quite a lot (as that&#039;s where I went to uni).</description>
