Comfi is a US-based company, but they have a very international selection of cards. You can find well priced cards with access numbers in most countries worldwide.

Other products & services:Conference calling, VoIP internet calling services, small business PBX services, mobile prepaid plans (for selected mobile carriers)
Service details:US domestic rates
1.3 cents/min with local access or 2.3 cents/min with toll free access. Some cards have even lower rates, but also charge a maintenance fee.
Sample international rates
These are per minute rates for cards with no extra fees: Afghanistan 22¢, Australia 1.8¢, Bulgaria 2.5¢, China 2¢, Colombia 4.5¢, Romania 3.2¢, Ukraine 9.6¢.
Fees
Lower rate cards carry a weekly maintenance and/or connection fee.
Amounts available for initial purchase
$5, $10, $20, $50 and $100.
Recharges
Online.
Lower rate and extra fees VS higher rate and no fees
Some calling cards from Comfi carry a weekly maintenance fee, but charge a lower per minute rate. These are recommended for people who want to use up the card with one or two calls because they will end up talking more despite the extra fee(s).

Review of SpeedyPin Calling Card
Buying international calling cards online is very easy and cheap. But lots people make the mistake of buying the wrong cards because they dont know how to buy the right cards.I’ve been using calling cards for a long time and when I came upon Speedy Pin in a Google search I was intrigued when I found out about their 100% guarantee. From all the research that I’ve done they are the only company that offers such a policy. Here is an excerpt from their website regarding their guarantee policy:
If you are unable to provide a satisfactory remedy, you must contact Speedy Pin within thirty days of the original purchase date to begin an inquiry. We will intervene on your behalf with the carrier to have a phone card or lost minutes promptly replaced, or we will provide you with additional minutes to make up for a defect unresolved by the carrier.
If you’ve used a lot of calling cards then you’ll know that their are times that may lost minutes do occur for some reasons. I gather most minutes are lost through technical issues with connections and phone lines. However, there are certain unscrupulous companies do overcharge on minutes.
So I went ahead to Speedy Pin’s website and I purchased a calling card called “Just Call” (which has no fees of course, there are many calling cards there, you should choose carefully, find the best for youself) and used it to call my friend in Germany. Now what I did here is strictly for test reasons and I don’t recommend anyone who reads this article to do the same,be a honest man. When my calling card’s value was down to .50¢ I called free customer service number to make a false complaint. I told the service representative I was sure that I should have at least thirty minutes more remaining on my card.
I was immediately credited with 30 minutes worth of call time instantly. So I was pleasantly surprised.(I was just test the policy.)
Now I wanted to take it one step further. I recharged my card and made calls to Germany again. Again when my calling card was almost finished I made another bogus complaint again. This time I was told by the customer representative that a claim will be filed and I should receive a credit in two days. Were they on to me? I have no clue. But I didn’t want to push their suspicions. But true to their word I received an extra 30 minutes after a few days had passed. Again, this was just a test for me to report on the accuracy of Speedy Pin’s claim. So please don’t take abuse this policy. However, if you do have a legitimate claim on lost minutes then feel free to call the customer service phone number on the calling card.
Speedy Pin’s 100% guarantee, they also have a great rates and especially good voice quality. But it’s mainly due to the fact that they’re willing to back their products with a 100% guarantee that makes me feel comfortable enough to highly recommend them to you.
