I use fido cell phone and local incoming and outgoing calls are free. so I need to buy a long distance calling card (from Victoria, Canada to China), which have to be this case: it converts long distance calls into local calls, it works when i buy them at shops, i want to know where i can buy on the internet.
the card bought at shops works in this way: first dail a phone number (like access number..and it says “victoria”), then dail the international calling number

Go to any store like CVS , Walgreen’s, Wal-mart and ask if they sell them or you can even go where they sell any kind of phone, they will help you…
On internet go to calling card purchases……….My former employer IDT telecom.
Got a 7-11 by the house. They sell them.
