my brother calls me from jail off of a payphone that charges $1 dollar a minute. Well once he ran out of money I gave him my at$t prepaid phone card number so he could call me whenever he wants. well since hes calling me from a payphone it charges nearly $7 a min. So my question is, are there any phone cards that have good payphone rates? Something cheaper than $1 a minute?
