My home phone dose not support long distance calling.
I want to buy an international phone card,will save me more.
I just don’t know if I’ll be able to use it with my home phone because my phoneline service does not support long distance calling. Does the international calling card I buy ignore the fact that I cannot make long distance calls?

you definately need to get a phone card that has a 1-800 # on the back that you call and then you put in the card #. Some cards have an access # thats going to be long distance, so u wont be able to use it!!!

I use http://www.eecalling.com to compare and buy calling cards online. I can buy it anytime anywhere only if I can access Internet.
I don’t have long distance service on my land line or cell phone, but I use prepaid international phone cards all the time. The land line also accepts 10-10-297…..just use that as a prefix, then 1, then your ten digit number. They bill your phone company and it is added onto your regular phone bill. Works for me.
