The international roaming here (MXtoUS) on Telcel (the cheapest) is a dollar a minut plus one more dollar of long distance. And because there is no legal fee stablished by government they charge you double and you can´t do anything. If you want, you can buy a kit called Amigo Kit from 50usd aprox. but i recommend you to use it for SMS. Calls, just if it is very necesary.
