What Is The Best Phone Card For International Calling With The Best Connection Plus Clarity Of Call.?
I am looking for an international calling card to call to Kyrgyzstan and am looking for a card with a low rate but most important to me is the connection and clarity of the call. It does no good to have a low rate and not be able to be connected or you cannot hear the person when you make the call so please if someone knows of a card that is consistent please let me know. I have tried on line cards before and sometimes I could get through and could hear and most of the time I would have to try many times or wait till the next day and then I could not hear the person for the breaking up on the line.
