I believe that different jails have different services. Call the jail and ask the dentention officer if they have an 800 number to set it up. If that does no good, ask to speak to the jail administrator during normal business hours.

it’s not a calling card, per say. It’s called inmate telephone. all you have to do is sign up your credit or debit card and the phone number the inmate is going to be calling and they can call you! Just google inmate telephone and you’ll find it.
